Counselling is vital for recovery

Regular counselling is a vital tool for helping those with addiction problems. It encourages them to say what they are feeling and explore why they feel the way they do and why they chose the route they did. Even after they have kicked their habbit, they will still need regular counselling to help them stay off the self destructive way of life that they had been on. They need to find an alternative to give them the feel good factor and it can be found in surprising places. Ned discovered that he was good at painting with water colours, so he now does this and he has managed to sell a few paintings.
