Neutrogena’s Skin ID – Good or Bad?

I have been using the Neutrogen’a Skin ID for over a month now and I am not happy with the results on my skin. I availed their introductory membership of $39.90 which is inclusive of three personalized skin regimen products, a Spot Treatment lotion, and a free travel bag. Although the trial membership is pretty fair, I guess that it is just a waste of money because instead of doing good, it seems that it has only done more harm on my skin. The products in my Skin ID regimen made my skin itchy and dry, and there was one time that my skin became red and swollen. My acne has not even cleared out with the regimen.
