What makes Fiesta Limena So Unique?

We tried the restaurant last Saturday, and were very pleased. The place itself is cheerfully decorated in blue, red and yellow, and was very inviting, and the employees greeted us with smiles. Having never eaten Peruvian food before, we had trouble deciding what to order, but the server was very helpful in explaining the various dishes. A lot of the foods are basically the same things we already eat–chicken, steak, pork chops, rice, potatoes, and seafood—but the sauces and combinations and seasonings are different. One food new to me and my family was yucca. It was delicious! Like Mexican food, Peruvians use a lot of avocado, which is one of my favorites.
